Support, understand and guidance for people affected by hoarding behaviour.
HoardingUK’s Helpline is a confidential support service offering understanding, practical guidance and ongoing assistance for anyone affected by hoarding behaviour, whether you are personally struggling, supporting someone, or working with individuals in need.
Our trained team offers up to 27 sessions, starting weekly, then fortnightly, and later monthly, to help you work through challenges and access further resources.
The service is free of charge, though we invite donations of any amount to help us continue this important work.

You can sign up directly through our Helpline registration form below or contact us to learn more. Once registered, you’ll be matched with a support worker who will guide you through a series of one-to-one sessions designed to meet your specific needs.
